Recommended flash version for old templates

I have an old flash template that runs on windows 7 with flash Flash32_16_0_0_305. When I use the version 32 ocx files included in the flash installer the alpha layers don’t render properly. Some templates show a rectangular box, others fill the entire frame.

Simple example. This template should show only text without the black box background.

disable aero and cleartype on your desktop.
