Flash template giving black boxes instead of transparancy

Hello all,

I’m having some troubles with using a flash template I made. I get a black background where it should actually be transparent. I’ve searched around and found a topic on this on the old forum (thank you webarchive!) I noticed some users have a back-up of the old forum. Is someone willing to copy-paste the solution here for me? Or maybe send me a pm?

Is this around text?
You should add a blur filter of 0 or disable aero and cleartype on your desktop.

This is from a German Win 7. It will solve the problem for ever and without always adding the blur of 0

I’ve added a pull request that would add the blur in the templatehost so it would no longer be required in the templates.

I don’t think that this is a good idea, as it cures a wrong Windows setting with something that adds to the processing power needed for the templates to play.
