i am facing problem with key. i am getting key with white background around the graphics. Please give me solution.

You can replace the templatehost files with the ones here:

They enable cacheAsBitmap for your entire template.
Put them in your server folder and restart.

Hi,
Try after interchanging key and fill out of your IO card and if not resolverd then it seems the issue is with clear type fonts,try these steps:
1.Go to Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Fonts
2.Adjust clear type text and Turn off clear type i.e Windows cleartype
3.Stop playing your template and start again.
