CasparCG in small form PC

Hi, I would like to use Caspar CG in a small Form Factor PC. I have tried using it on a 12th Gen i5 with Intel 730 intergrated graphics but the performance wasn’t great. I use my set up for upto 2 channels (Channel 1 is key and fill lower thirds), (Channel 2 is the lower third over videos that have a crop and a zoom so they fit above the lower third. For the test if fitted a Decklink Duo 2 to the small PC I have in the office, this only has 1 PCIe x8 slot so it I can’t add a discreet graphics card as well.At present I use CasparCG on a i7 Laptop with a Thunderbolt socket which is plugged into a PCIe enclosure with the Decklink card in it. The Laptop has a Nvidia 4060 card. I want to move away from using the Laptop but I but I would like to have as small a PC as possible as I use it mainly for coporate jobs which are temp installs on tables.

Any advice or experience would be greatfully appreciated.

Frank

What comes to mind is this system, that they use for Archery. It’s not a small as it gets, but maybe something in the right direction. The good thing with this is, that you have everything in the box and not need to fumble with Thunderbolt cables. If that is, what you want. Rack mountable stuff is always a good idea, in my opinion.
