Web Socket error

Hello
I’ve been left trying to set up a new caspar after the person doing it left the organisation. Its using an html template but I get an error
Websocket connection to ws;//localhost:8080/ failed: error in connection establishment: net:: ERR_connection_ refused.

Is this an issue with the template or is it an issue with the capsar set up?

This is the template trying to talk to a service over WS that isn’t running or available. So not related to CCG. Since it wants the service on localhost I wonder if there was a custom built client to control the graphics that the template can talk to over WS.
