Way to make Templates

Hi, I’ve been trying to google how to make html templates for a few days. Does anyone know a good way to make templates these days? If it’s possible, if there’s a plugin for example Aftereffects or another Adobe program, or some other solution… I tried Loopic, but it wasn’t such a versatile solution.

The preferred way at the moment is with HTML, but there are other ways like the old flash (disabled by default but working), after effect and bodymovin/lottie (I just know it exist) and probably other ways that I don’t know.

if you are a After Effects user you could also try out Streamshapers Ferryman

Bodymovin extension for AE works fine
