Using PSD files,

Hey everyone I’ve just stared to play with the program and trying to make my own cg templates. I started with a lower 3rd, I’m attempting to do them in Photoshop CC. the file appears in CasperCG but wont play the preview is just blank. I’m not sure what i’m doing wrong. is there a photoshop plugin that’s needed, I’m using the 2.1 server version, and the 2.0.8 basic client.

any help would be appreciated

I have used this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DUTmjm5CrQ&t=229s for a PSD Test and it worked for me. But as PSD support is removed from the feature list for the next release I quit putting more effort to it after a short test.
