someone has any experience with playout template or media in this resolution. In Caspar server 2.1 beta 2, I’m only play things in 2160p25. In 2160p50 configuration Caspar server working without exceptions, take a command, but output nothing display. My configuration is: HP z420 with Decklink 4K Extreme 12G, and graphic card NVIDIA Quadro 4000. Connector between output Decklink and converter Blackmagic 12G to 4x SDI is plain 3G SDI, but short 3 centymeter.
I know our client UFC are playing Flash templates we built for them a while back at 2160p59.94 on laptops using BMD UltraStudio 4K with fill and key outputs. I believe they are still on CasparCG Server 2.0.7.
Yes, I’m sure, checked on two professional monitor. I think problem is bandwitch on cable, at as mentioned in topic on github, but I thought this should working at that small length cable. Maybe only a one way is buying dedicated cable 12G.

I had a quick test today with 2160p5000 channel config on Decklink 4K Pro too with same result: No error message but nothing is played (video from ffmpeg producer). DIAG shows „freezed“ producer after a few LOAD PLAY attemtps.
today I did a lot of test and at finally decide change Decklink card. After configured card, I did another test and everything working properly on CasparCG Server 2.1 beta 2 on usual BNC connector. Previous card probably is damaged. CasparCG Server 2.0.7 not support this format, kernel throw exception “Invalid video format”. Check setting your card, maybe something is wrong set. In server I only change video mode and key to external.
