Hello friends, as some of you know (and some of you have kindly helped me), I’ve been using CasparCG to automate 24/7 TV channels, and it’s been working great.
However, I’ve run into an issue now that I’m trying to use a Dell PowerEdge server with Proxmox. I’m doing GPU passthrough with an NVIDIA P1000 card. I can see that the logo and video playback work flawlessly, but the lower third animation gets stuck or runs very slowly.
This didn’t happen when running CasparCG on a native Windows 10 machine. It’s also worth noting that system resources don’t appear to be under any kind of stress at any point.
The video output is via UDP, so there’s nothing visible on the screen of the machine itself — just the sample video I’ve linked below.
What do you think I might be doing wrong?
