Task schedule and CasparCG Server

I wan’t to start CasperCG from task schedule in windows, is that possible?
If yes, then how, all I get is an error.

Maybe the task manager process does not have enough privileges to run Caspar (being not an Administrator etc.). I never tried to run it with task scheduler, I usually do an auto-logon and then add it to the auto-start menu.

And Media Scanner also in start menu?

Or just a batch, that start both of them.
