From reading the article diagonally, it seems to be a standard to signal ad insertion etc. in a MPEG transport stream. As Caspar usually only cares for the video, I would not expect it to do anything with that, nor passing it.
Caspar can play MPEG on a layer and can also encode the output to some variants of MPEG (I don’t know much about these things) but I would not expect, that any auxiliary data is passing from a layer to the output. So the answer is with 99% accuracy ‘No’.
Do any of the FFMPEG cracks here have to add something
