My client’s software would like a feature where they can choose a different media folder, save the change to the config file and have CasparCG reload the media from the new location. I am able to save the change to the .config file but can’t see a way of getting the server to see the change. Is this possible?
There is anAMCP command to restart the server. You need to start it using “casparcg_auto_restart.bat” file. Then after issueing a RESTART command the server terminates and is started again.
