Picture Scrambling

Dear Sir,

I am new to CasperCG, when I am trying to play a file the picture was scrambling. I am posting the screenshots here.

Pls let me know what is the problem. I am using Windows 10 , BlackMagic Intensity Pro 4K output card.

Can you post the media clip you were trying to play?

I was unable to upload the attachment as i am new user. I downloaded the file from youtube and the link was https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jh3Ow7d4LtA

All CasperCG demo files are also displaying same

This looks a lot like a bug in the drivers for the intel hd630 GPU. try to update them to the latest version your manufacturer offers.
