No sound from video

Hi there

Comletely new to Caspar CG. My major problem is that I get no sound from my videofiles. There is movement in the audiometers in Caspar CG. I use and Nvidia Quadro K4200 and my config file looks like this. I can get system sounds out but no sound from the videos.

In Consumers add:

<system-audio />

See if this helps.

So it looks like this:

            <consumers>
                <screen>
                        Screen blablabla...
                </screen>
                <system-audio />
            </consumers>
