Hey there. Am I only one who does not get NDI output on newest casparcg builds? Console does not throw any errors but NDI studio monitor does not see source. I’m using newest NDI version. Everything works with casparcg 2.3.1 LTS version.
Hi.
You have probably a NDI issue that prevents CCG240-RC2 NDI streams to show up.
Have the same thing on my laptop but on my desktop the NDI from CCG240-RC2 shows up ok.
Identical config-file and also identical logs(what a quick lock said)
My laptop-problem was solved by remembering to check NDI Discovery Server in Access Manager (Not the first time I have forgot that I have set DS on)
br markus.
Hi all,
having a similar issue where we cannot get NDI output from version 2.4.1-stable-windows to show up in vmix, we used the workaround with newtek before, but i guess now the config file would need to be updated accordingly. Would anyone possibly have an idea on how to achieve this?
current config file can be found in the following GDrive link:
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you

this is very unstructured xml. In the bottom of a default casparcg.config there is examples how to set up a channel.
For NDI it is like this:
<ndi>
<name>[custom name]</name>
<allow-fields>false [true|false]</allow-fields>
</ndi>
Are you saying the above example with “newtek” workaround worked before?
And do not post a google drive link. Just paste the config inside a preformatted text box like this:

I dont think the predecessor of NDI (ivga) is working anymore
This works with CasparCG 2.4.3 and vMix if you just need 2 NDI out.
