What have I forgotten to install/set settings in windows when I have on a new machine (Z4/ A4000) with server 2.4.0. it just shows white mask instead of the things it should. The file works fine on another simular machine with the same specs.
the out put is NDI+screen and it looks the same on both.
I check that there where VC redist 2015-2022 and VC redist 2012 installed but not 2019. Is that the problem or is it more likely to be something I forgotten?

and just as an update
in OBS everything looks right and
when I play the same mov in Caspr as an NDI and take that into vMix it looks like this which is correct
So it has something to do with CasparCG and screen consumer
To me it looks like something with the keying goes wrong in the screen consumer. Can you test it wirh another image as a background? If that looks correct, then something isn’t properly displayed, when with the alpha channel.
tested with amb as background and the same thing, so there is definetly something wrong with the keying in the screen consumer
I tested to use my normal duo2-config and just added a screen there and the keying is still not transparent
