Install Server 2.2 in Windows? And keep updated?

What do you recommend to install the server 2.2 on a windows machine? And then to keep it updated with so many version releases i can see been published in http://builds.casparcg.com/

Version 2.2 is currently in development. New builds every day is normal durring development. To use Caspar in production I would recoment stiking with version 2.0.7 and wait until 2.2 is officially relesed.
