Install casparcg

Hello!

i am trying to install CASPAE CG on win10 machine but its not working.
please help! could not find much info on the install process or getting up and running.

this keeps coming up every time i open up the the frontend app part:

What directories are you starting that in? An error like that could come if you have access restricted for the path, and are not running as an administrator. Make sure all your paths are correct. That front end exe should work fine if started from the same folder as the casparcg binaries. Also what server version are you running?

what would be the location that it should be in?

Try moving the whole casparcg folder to your user or documents folder. Alternately you can try running it as administrator. By default windows requires admin access for some directories. CasparCG doesn’t require an installer on windows, you can even run it form a downloads folder. If you want to run in a protected folder, either run as administrator or change the folder properties.

I moved it in the programs folder and then open “as administer”.
