Hi,
I have problems with CasparCG,when I click to Open CasparCG and then many windows of CasparCG open and can’t close it’s. Any someone have problems the same ( I already installed new windowns OS and download new CasparCG but have problem the same ).
Help me pls.
Never seen this happen before.
Test starting it from the command line.
Start->Windows System->Command prompt
Then cd to the directoy with Caspar (like: cd c:\casparcg\server")
And enter:
start casparcg.exe
Does that also open so many windows?
Strange.
Again in the command line do:
taskkill /f /im casparcg.exe
and then:
start casparcg.exe
Thanks Mr Hreinnbeck, I down from CasparCG 2.1 to 2.0.7 but have the same problems. I try commands look like you but when I write start casparcg And then the same last time.
Then, sadly, I’m all out of ideas. Did a quick search and can’t find any similar problems with other apps in Windows. Does this happen with any other program? Does it open multiple Notepads for instance? I can guarantee this is not a CasparCG problem.
Humm… are you running Windows Server? Wonder if that might be something. Post the latest log from casparcg\server\logs folder.

Nothing unusual there, besides that it starts it 2 or 3 times. I see you are on Win 10 Enterprise.
Make a copy of the casparcg.config file and then change the original casparcg.config file to this:

Does it still open more than once?
Well this is definitely strange! I can’t help you much more unless you find something new for me to look into. I’ll post again if I get any ideas.

Can you send a screenshot of how the process looks in task manager? I’m wondering if it is presenting differently there. If you could turn on the command line column first, as that could be useful if there is anything more than what my screenshot shows
Also, can you check what version of windows 10 are you using (1803/1806/1903)

I have captured video, I don’t understand why.
Now I try to install new Windows OS and download CasparCG 2.2 to try again.
Do you have any current anti virus software on your system? Can you update it to the last version and run a complete check over all drives?
Thanks Mr Didikunz, I already installed driver, but I don’t sure my laptop have virus or not. I install adobe flash pro and after effect. Now I try to install new windows os and try to download new version of CasparCG.

Thanks for support me, first time I have this problems.
Today running a PC without a Anti Virus Software is something nobody should be allowed to do. So BEFORE you reinstall Windows go and buy such a software. I personally can recommend Kaspersky. You can also boot it from the CD an disinfect your computer, as installing Anti Virus Software on an alredy infected system does normally not work, as the virus stops the installation.

You could try running in Safe Mode to see if that has the same result? is the windows install up to date and with drivers installed?
within your short video clip there is an error msg that pops up as the first line in command prompt (but it is not clear enough to read) maybe that is the issue?
