Html template with RSS feed import?

Can anyone guide me to import an RSS feed into my HTML template?

I have the template and the link to RSS feed, just want to show the second news item in the feed on a background.

Brg Tue.

Test this. Currently rss is from google hindi news. Change from main.js file. Template name is 1920_1080.html
