How can I achieve this with just one Decklink Quad 2 card?

please let me know if any familiar how to achieve this kind of playout?
we have one DeckLink quad 2 card and caspar CG?. how to configure?

That is easy. You setup one channel for output in your casparcg.config

Then you play the camera inputs on two layers in that channel. Be aware, that you only can use one of the Decklinks inputs, if you did not assign them in your config.

Then you use a MIXER CLIP and MIXER FILL command to crop and position them at the places, where you need them. That’s all.

In the official client these commands are called Mixer/Clipping and Mixer/Transform. Maybe you could also try Mixer/Crop instead of Mixer/Clipping.
