Geforce 30x series and NVENC

Is anyone aware if the new NVIDIA 30x series will offer any improvements over 20x series in terms of Caspar performance?

While I read on the forum about limitations around concurrent NVENC sessions (not sure what this means) - I wonder if that will change with the 30x series? The above link says the NVENC generation are the same as the 20x series but the link below doesn’t have info about concurrent sessions:

Same chips as the 20x series. Any improvements announced (like AV1 etc) will be available for both with SDK v10.
