Device does not support video-format

Hi,

My log shows the following warning:

Any idea what causes this warning? I’m running the latest beta.
Output is okay.

Is it also possible to set the keyer on a decklink to ‘none’? To resolve this error:

You need to set the Duo 2 in the Blackmagic control panel to use external keyer. You can only have two channels, as the external keyers use two BNC’s each.

Hi,

Thanks for responding.

I have 2 Duo 2’s and 1 mini recorder in this system.
Duo 2-1 should have 2 key/fill pairs, Duo 2-2 should have 2 inputs, and 2 fill outputs. So four output channels in total. The mini recorder is not for use in Caspar.

And it also does work, but the warnings and errors bother me.
Should I also add output 3 and 4 of Duo 2-1 to my config as key only devices?

I think the warning-issue is related to the 1080p5000 video-format.
I don’t encounter this warning at 1080i5000.
