Decklink Audio Selection

Hi, I’m trying to implement a 2-box layout and not sure how to handle the audio.

I’m using 2 inputs from my decklink, each one fills 50% of the screen
I would like to be able to route the audio from input 1 and mute input2, and sometimes (manually) switch to the audio from input2 while muting the audio from input1

is that something caspar’s capable of?
I couldn’t find in the AMCP commands anything the handles the audio from a decklink input

Thanks in advance!

Yes, CasparCG can deliver your user requirement. CasparCG can adjust the volume of the audio on each layer of a channel. The relevant command is of the form MIXER 1-1 VOLUME 1.0 which sets the layer 1 contribution of channel 1 to unchanged or normal. The command MIXER 1-2 VOLUME 0.0 sets layer 2 to no audio output. The volume changes can be instant, or faded over a user defined time.

Another feature in the MIXER commands is they can be queued, then all items in the queue actioned simultaneously see the MIXER DEFER tool.
