No matter the configuration, for some reason, CCG doens’t render video onto the canvas.
It shows the frame rate / format change, but no activte video output.
Any ideas or questions to help troubleshoot?
What version of the decklink driver? There is a known issue with the latest (14.3) not working

I started with 14.3 and then stepped down to 12.9. I assumed a backwards step (downgrade) would be a logical move but still nothing.
Do you happen to know which is the last known wokring verison?

14.2.1 and older should all work fine.
Although, if you are trying to do 8k out of that card I have a feeling that doesnt work for other reasons…
No - just trying a nice and simple 1080/50p or even 25p
Key/Fill and a 2nd output channel for VT
@Julusian you mentioned it might not work for other reasons, could you elaborate? Do you have any ideas as I’m still struggling to get it to work with Casper?
It works absolutely fine on other software just seems to be Casper that there’s an issue with
All I meant there is that I’m pretty sure that doing 8K out of the card isn’t possible as the card does not like being fed BGRA pixels which we do.
4K or below work fine though.
I don’t have a 8K pro mini, but do have the regular 8k pro and haven’t had any issues doing 1080i50/1080p50
I had simmilar issues with both 8K pro & 8k pro mini, I ended up with driver 12.0 in order to have CCG working. Had issues with other software like OBS with 14.x drivers as well, which seem to be addressed in 14.4. But for CCG I stick to 12.0 for now.

I see also CCG 2.4.2 is out which addresses issues with the latest drivers. Didn’t test it yet though …
Again thank you - i’d missed that - I will use the rest of the wek for testing and feedback.
