Crash while recording

Hello guys.

For few days, I am struggling to set recording in DNXHD 36 using Caspar 2.4.
I tested few versions, from latest stable (2.4.0 1e25c7a), to latest published version.

I am using this command to record

ADD 1 FILE file.mxf -codec:v dnxhd -b:v 36M -filter:v format=yuv422p -format mxf -filter:a pan=stereo|c0=c0|c1=c1

When Caspar stops working, usually I have sync changed warning messages in log before it crashes:
[2024-07-30 08:01:18.845] [warning] DeckLink Duo 2 [3|1080i5000] out-sync changed: -0.141292

This is not happening always while recording, so it is hard to trace it.
From Windows Event Viewer, I have mostly same error at the same moment:

Faulting application name: casparcg.exe, version: 2.4.0.0, time stamp: 0x661ffb91
Faulting module name: avcodec-59.dll, version: 59.37.100.0, time stamp: 0x00000000
Exception code: 0x40000015
Fault offset: 0x00000000001ae325
Faulting process id: 0x2d38
Faulting application start time: 0x01dae2379f198d2c

About 1-2 minutes later, I’m seeing at level Information that also DesktopVideoHelper crashed, but it is not shown as Error in EventViewer.
We tried few versions BMD drivers from 11.6 to 14.1.

Do you have an idea where could we go next, in order to identify problem and fix this?

Thank you.
Best regards,
Aleksandar
