Hi, i have a html template in the servers template folder. It can be played using CG ADD commands but when using a client the template won’t show in the clients library. All the media files in the servers media folder are showing in client. Any ideas what could be wrong?
Which version of CasparCG are you running?
Do you also have the scanner running?
2.3.3 and it was the scanner not running. Thanks for quick help!
