Client not starting

Afernoon… I am new in using casparcg server and client… I installed server v 2.0.7 , dotnet 4.8 , Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and client… When i double click the “cmp” icon to start the client it doesnt do anything but the server is running

Sounds like you you have downloaded Vimlesh “Simple Video Playout”-client.
You can download instead the SVT client.
from here you can find some newer versions of Server and Client

Try Windows 10 and vlc 32 bit

thank you… i upgraded to windows 10 and installed vlc 32 bit and the client is now starting
