CCG 2.2.0 Stable html producer 'cannot call on empty frame-producer'

Hi there,

long time 24/7 2.07 server user. Just downloaded the 29/12/2018 Windows stable 2.2.0 release. Since we’ve always been using HTML templates, I tried several of our perfectly running (in 2.07) HTML templates. None of them run in this 2.2.0 release. I always get the error ‘cannot call on empty frame-producer’.

Any ideas?

Can you post this as a bug report on GitHub and attach a few of these templates?
