CasparCG Ember+

Hello everyone

I would like to share with you my small testing project. Updated CasparCG Server code to support Ember+ protocol natively.
I am working with broadcast control systems like 10 years (VSM) and as a real fan of CasparCG this was something what I was missing in this great project.
I took the latest CasparCG 2.6.0 DEV version where I implemented it.
The goal of my project is to check if it can work in a reliable way and if big facilities where those control systems are used could benefit from it.
As I am not a professional coder, this would not be possible without help of AI.

It combines some AMCP commands and OSC messages into one Ember+ provider. The current Ember+ tree list is available on this link:

# CasparCG Ember+ Tree

This document describes the Ember+ tree exposed by the `ember-plus` branch of CasparCG Ember+.

The tree is dynamic:

- active channels are always present
- active layers appear only when a layer is actually on-air or loaded in the channel state
- clip lists are populated from the CasparCG media folder
- live state and diagnostics refresh on the configured Ember+ update interval

It would be nice to see this as a pull request or issue post on Github so the devs can evaluate it for inclusion
