Casparcg can't work with input 1 of blackmagic duo2?

Hello, a second question about caspar and Duo2.
I installed server with output in pin 4.
When I try use pins 2 or 3 like inputs it work perfect.
With pin 1 there are errors, like pin 1 is used for another soft.
I tried with two PCs, two Duo2 and two servers, independents… and not working.
Any idea?

I don’t see why it fails. Is there a proper reason for not using BNC 1 as output instead of 4? So that you could use BNC 2 to 4 as input?

Make sure all outputs are set as independent connectors in blackmagic’s settings app.
Also double check that you are not connecting the first output in the REF connector.

All inputs independent and input one connected correctly. first is REF and second pin 1.

My answer same Mr Didikunz, but I want to know what the setup in control pannel ( blackmagic control). You can config 2 in and 2 out or etc. I think you should be check and setup again.
