I managed to replicate this.

  1. Disconnected network
  2. Configured the network as 192.168.29.29 / 255.255.255.0
  3. Configured DNS as 192.168.29.30 (certainly can’t be reached)

And got the same crash.

Empty DNS it seems to work just fine. Setting same IP for network and DNS also seems to work (since it can be reached).

Can you try with the “Use the following DNS…” checked but no IP’s for them.
