We develop custom clients for all manner of sports. Specifically we have built custom tailored interfaces for basketball that can drive either Chyron, Viz or our own output plugin that uses CasparCG.

There is also SCOREPLUS A nice touch-screen based client for CasparCG. It also contains a basketball module.
