Audio channel layout to mono in server 2.3

hi, I’m using server 2.0 and it has a channel layout to mono,
but when I using server 2.3 it show no option to set audio channel to mono,
can anyone tell me how to set channel layout to mono in 2.3 server?

Please use the search function (magnify glass icon top right) an search for “channel layout”, that should give you a hint.
