[SOLVED]Very slow video | [warning] Device does not support video-format

Hi all. I have purchased the following equipment .:
Workstation Fujitsu Celsius .:
Xeon E5-2680
32GB Ram 1600Mhz
NIVIDIA QUADRO 2000
128GB SSD for videos
1 x BMD Decklink SDI 4K (output)
2 x BMD MiniRecorder (Input)
windows 10 pro

I installed CasparCG as it says in the wiki but I get several errors.

  1. When I ingest video through the minirecorder card, this signal is output by Decklink SDI very slowly at 2 or 3 frames per second.

I have tried the blackmagic cards with Media Express and OBS. They have worked perfectly but CasparCG gives me this problem.

I have tried CasparCG 2.0.7 and it seems to work fine but it does not work in version 2.2.0
I have tried with the versions:
2.0.7 OK
2.2.0 stable Error
2.2.0 ultimate Error
Master Error

Hi again, I managed to run CasparCG 2.2.0 successfully. I was able to ingest video through the minirecorder decklink and see it in a window.

Now I will try to install the Decklink SDI 4k card again to have an output for my ATEM.

These are the steps I made:
Installs:

  • Latest NVIDIA driver for QUADRO 2000 377
  • microsoft visual c ++ redistributable 2005/2008/2010/2012/2013/2015/2019 32 and 64 bits
  • Intel Media SDK 2018 R2

I have tested with several versions of CasparCG, the best has been 2.3.0. This no longer returns the fault .:
