Hello, I’m a new user on CasparCG. I’m discovering the software, which seems really great for broadcasting. However, I’m encountering my first difficulties. Currently, the software is unusable. As soon as I upload a video and try to launch it with F2, the server starts generating errors in a loop until I turn it off. And the media won’t launch. I can’t find any answers to this problem. Hello, Thanks for your return ! But i uninstalled and reinstalled this x64 x86 both versions and the problem is same … Same error logs ---

Server version 2.4 on Windows is built using Visual Studio 2022 (it says in the building.md file on GitHub), so it needs a newer version of the redistributable library than 2015. Microsoft now offer a library that works for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022. There is a description available [here](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022) which contains the link to the support library installer. Hopefully the newer library will solve your issue. ---
