I assume that each grid item is allocated to a unique CasparCG layer. You can control the audio output amplitude using the MIXER VOLUME command. For example to fade the audio on layer 12 to 0 with a transition time of 25 frames:
MIXER 1-12 VOLUME 0.0 25 LINEAR
No change in volume on the layer uses an amplitude 1.0
